It isn't a report card. It's a record that compounds.
THE DEVELOPMENT LOG
One entry takes ninety seconds, written in the car park before you drive home. On its own it's a sentence about a twelve-year-old's first touch. Forty entries later it's the clearest picture of a player that anyone, the parents, the next coach, a club scout, the player himself, has ever been able to see.
Coach the session
Nothing changes on the grass. You coach exactly as you already do.
Log what you saw
Ninety seconds per player on your phone. Type it or speak it. It's dated and it's permanent.
Assign the work
The practice that fixes what you just logged lands on that player's phone, not the whole group's.
They train and film it
Back garden, park, match day. The clip comes back to you with the entry it belongs to.
Review and log again
You watch it when it suits you, leave notes on it, and the record moves forward another step.
Back to 01 — every week, for as long as they're with you
THREE PEOPLE, THREE VIEWS
One record. Everyone sees the part that's theirs.
YOU
Every player, every entry, every programme in one place. Write the log, assign the work, review the clips — and see at a glance who you haven't written about in three weeks.

THE PLAYER
This week's work, the clips they've sent, and what you said back. They can see their own log — which is the first time most of them have seen their development written down at all.
The player app
THE PARENT
They're paying for it, so they can read it. Parents see the log, the programmes and the progress — which ends the "what are we actually getting for this?" conversation permanently.

COACHES ALREADY RUNNING IT
Built with working coaches, not for a pitch deck.
““Spoke with my coaches last night and they’re all in agreement. It’s something good for them — it’ll help them if they have any aspirations of going to work at clubs.””

““Vorsa keeps us engaged with every client. It manages development across our 1-to-1s and position-specific groups, and it works across fourteen coaches.””
James Redford
JCR Football Coaching, Stoke · Founder, Vorsa
“I thought the value was for the parents. It’s actually for me. I can see at a glance which players I haven’t written anything about in three weeks — and it’s always the quiet ones.”
